Michelle Mallinson
Michelle Mallinson was born and raised in the USA. Although an engineer by degree her passion lies with creating art. Being lucky enough to trail her husband's career around the world, she spent two years in France studying watercolor and acrylic painting. Now living in Malaysia, her travels around Southeast Asia have sparked her interest in photography. Through her friend Julieta, she was introduced to Annelies's beautiful hats and was inspired to capture the beauty of these hats in pictures. |

Harriet van Eldik - ten Hoopen
Harriet is originally from the Netherlands and has worked in business and local government for a long time. Her love of photography began when she was an expat in Norway. Back in the Netherlands, after four years abroad, she immediately started her education at Photo Academy in Groningen. Three years later she was able to start her own business in photography focusing on social- and company/business photography. She is now lucky enough to be an expat again, this time in Kuala Lumpur. She met Annelies because of her voluntary work for the Dutch magazine/Facebook here in KL and is excited to contribute her pictures to this wonderful charity project! |
